Sending HTML email to none HTML recipients

I am in the process of producing a HTML mailshot email to customers that I
propose to do in Publisher and send via Outlook. What would happen if the
customer cannot accept HTML emails? Is there functionality to convert the
message to a format they could receive?

Not really they would have to know what to do with the html. This is big
drawback when sending out html newsletter via email. You may want to
consider sending as a pdf.

me? I don't wanna please anyone, I couldn't care less :)
but I am curious how you arrive at that 5% figure?
some people choose not to recieve html as well.

|I estimate that only 5% cannot recieve HTML today.
| The question is - Who do you want to please? The minority or the 95%?
