I've been using Word mail merge to send emails from Outlook Contacts to my
small mailing list of customers.
there is 550 on the list.
Today about 60 came back as "unknown recipient". But their email address is
still active.
Also, I include myself on the list and I notice the graphics in the email
which link from my website are coming in with the email, without a link
appearing to allow them.
I must be doing things all wrong. Can someone please tell me the best and
most used method for sending this list out.
Also, I wonder if these returned mails had html email blocked would they
receive the mail as standard text or would it be bounced like this? If so,
how do I ensure they get their mail?
