Sending information to text file then to Quickbooks

I would like to automate the following.

Send information to a text or excel file
then send to quickbooks pro 2004

I will settle for the sending to text file for now
The fields I have are the following:
Client
address
city
state
zip
PO#
Status
Item
Qty
Desc
Rate
Item Total

Overall total
