Sending links- Outlook blocked access to the following unsafe attachments

I just realized that I said that sending links is much
easier to send. I MEANT "sending links is imposible to do
now in outlook 2002 because of the message "outlook
blocked access to the following potentially unsafe
attachments". Can anyone provide a solution to this
message, so I can send a link from Internet explorer
through Outlook 2002, thx
