sending mail from multiple accounts in Outlook 2002

I have two accounts in Outlook 2002 at work. One for
exchange (my account) and one for a POP3 that allows me to
send notices out as [email protected]

I use this quite often but occasionally when I select the
pop3 account to send from (it states it will be sent by
that account) it will revert back to my exchange.

Anyone heard of this before?
