Sending mail when i am away

Good day I would like to know?
How to send e-mail when I am away I will be out of the country and I need to
send only one person e-mail about 3 times a day I will type them now and
leave them in a queue or how every we can do this
So when the day comes when I am away on that specific time and day outlook
must send e-mail that I have typed today long before the time I am on leave
it then must send it to that person an a specific time and specific date when
I am away

When composing press on the Options button on the Toolbar. You can now set
"Do not deliver before..."

If your default delivery location is a pst-file then you must keep your
Outlook running or it will not be send. You won't heave this issue when
connected to an Exchange server. As with all these settings; try it before
you are relying on it ;-)
