Help! Does anyone have cure? Help!!
I can receive but not reply to email. Neither can I create new messages.
The reply/new message box does not open There are smaller boxes with red Xs
in the corners where the dialog/message box should be. Any suggestions other
than reinstall Office? Thanks and Happy New Year.

Got a version for that Outlook? What type of account? What happens when
you use the Test Account button?

Thanks, Brian. Looking for this info, I realized that the problem is Outlook
Web. That account is housed on a server, but should that matter for this
problem? I access it using Internet Explorer 7.0. Thanks for ANY suggestion.

Outlook Web Access is not Outlook but part of Exchange. The correct
newsgroup for OWA is microsoft.public.exchange.clients
