sending mail

I get error message when I send email. I've check, and re checked Account
Settings, re typed POP and SMTP, and it tested OK, but from Oulook, it will
not send. Gives "Could not complete" One or more Paramater values not
valid".

Same error appears when you load Outlook in its safe mode which does NOT
load any add-ons that you installed for Outlook?

outlook.exe /safe
