Sending mail

Hi Guys,

I have a problem, in sending a document through email using word. When I
clicked "TO" field in the email header, for some documents the addresses
will show up and for some documents the addresses will NOT show up. Whact
could be the problem?

If I 'm not clear in explaining the situation, please let me know
