I use Outlook 2003 with an exchange server. My exchange settings are set to
open up a colleague's mailbox on start of outlook.
When I am sending messages for this colleague, I would like outlook to
automatically place a copy of the message in his/her sent items. How can I
do this?
For example, I often send messages for my co-worker, Bob. Bob does not need
to see these in his inbox, but would like them in his sent items. Outlook is
set by default to place them in my sent items (it would also be nice if
outlook would put them in his sent items instead/also).
I have this same problem when I delete his messages. They are placed in my
"deleted items" folder. Is there anyway to have them go in his folder
(although this is a much less pressing issue)?
