sending message using different accounts

I put 2 extra mail accounts into outlook 2000 along with my default (or main)
mail account. I can not find a way to send using either of those. I used to
have a drop down on the send button when I composed a message but that has
disappeared. Also when I go to Tools, I do not see accounts anymore but
rather "services' and "options". Accounts has disappeared. I can still get
to them by clicking services but I can not send using any other account. Any
help appreciated.

You switched to Corporate mode. If you don't need corp., you can switch back
to get the dropdown back.
