sending messages blocked

I have two computers on a home network using a dial-up service. My computer is the host system running on XP Home and the other computer is using W98. When my wife uses Outlook2000 on the W98 computer, she can receive mail but cannot send out mail. She receives an error listed her

" The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. Server Response:'550 relaying to <[email protected]> prohibited by administrator (Account:'(e-mail address removed) Mail Acoount; SMTP Server:'smtpauth.earthlink.net', Error Number: 0x800ccc79)
