Sending more messages than I have in the Outbox

I've got issues with Outlook 2002. it is sending more
messages than I have in the Outbox. It also keeps trying
to send messages after they have already gone, then tells
me I have an unknown error 0x800FCCC69. It says that the
message wasn't sent, tries to resend it but recipients
are getting the message over and over again.

Please help
