I have built a database for time cards and service reports for my field
technicians in access 2003. Here is what I have: Tech fills out the time
card, then they fill out a service report for each unique work order on the
time card. He then e-mails the reports to me. The send object is working
great for all of the reports. Here is the problem: Time card and service
reports have to be sent in seperate e-mails. Also there are multiple service
reports all combined in one snapshot.
1.How do I send all of the reports in one e-mail?
2.How do I make one snapshot for each service report?
