Sending newsletter via email thru Publisher

OK I need help or direction. I have to create newsletters for my local
Kiwanis group. I do it in Publisher. It is 2 pages both sides or 4 pages
total. I first print out the ones I need to mail and then copy and paste the
whole newsletter into an email for that group. It is very time consuming. THe
older guys or the guys not really knowing their computers can open their
email but that is about it. Is there a way to take the same newsletter I just
created and printed and send it our via email without cutting and pasting. If
not is there anything out there with the capabilities to do this. Thanks for
any help. 10 hours to do a newsletter is tooooo long.

PDF is the way to go. Most people have the Acrobat Reader. There are applications
around that will create PDF's without having to buy the pricey real McCoy.
This is a good one according to the folks around here...

Yes, I have tried the PDF format before but these 70 and 80 year old men
cannot figure out how to get an attachment. they want to open an email and
see it. thus the cutting and pasting. is there any program out there that I
can do the newsletter in, print the hard copies and then email without it
being an attachment??? THanks for any help given

Do you have a web site? You could put the newsletter up as a web page. If you don't
want to go the attachment route, your options are few. A plain text email is the
best, some folks set their email to not to accept HTML so any images you would
include wouldn't show. Publisher isn't the best program for this, Word would be a
better option.
