Sending notifications in SMS

Hi,
In Project Server 2007, Is there a way to send notifications/messages (for
new risks/issues) in SMS to a mobile number apart from sending them in e-mail
in the current manner.

Could you please tell me where can I configure in project server 2007 for
sending sms. Any other pointers/suggestions would be really helpful.

you can't configure project server to send sms directly, it will only send
emails, which is why you need an email/sms gateway.
