If I wished to do this, I'd create a new PST and a Calendar folder in that
PST. I'd then copy the calendar entries I wished to share into that new
Calendar folder. I'd then close the PST in outlook, then close Outlook and
rename that PST to whatever.PSX. I'd then restart Outlook and mail the file
to the other person, who could save the attachment, rename it to
whatever.pst and use File>Open>Outlook Data File in Outlook to open it,
moving the contents of the Calendar folder it contains to his or her own
Calendar folder.
