In the 2000 version of Powerpoint you used to be able to change the view to
black and white and use the send to feature to export the document into Word
in B&W. Very beneficial for creating training handouts in B&W for low cost
reproduction. I can't seem to do that with PPT 03. I have to keep an old
version of PPT on a different computer just to use this feature. I can't see
why the designers dropped this feature. If this feature still exists
somewhere else, somebody please let me know. Thanks.
