Sending pps link in Outlook email message

J

Joe Hull

By email message, I'm trying to send an active link to a
pps located on a network server. I want the show to
display in full screen when the mail recipient launches
the file. No matter what I do, the presentation launches
in MS Powerpoint rather than in full screen. Any
thoughts?

If the recipient's file associations are set to open PPS for editing in PPT,
that's what will happen.

You can't really force them to open it in the way you want them to.
Unless you're Bill Gates, maybe. ;-)
