Sending Print Screen image in Outlook

R

rick oakley

I often send a print screen image to our help desk. I have loaded XP Pro and
now when I send them, they can't see them or don't get them. I can do it with
an NT box, 2000 box and a 98 box with no problem. Is there a known issue
regaurding print screen/win xp?

Nope, works as it should here. What are they seeing instead and what version
of Outlook is being used?

They see nothing at all. I'm using Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1.

I can send all other attachements, just not the print screen. I can see it
when I paste it to an email before I send it.

Are you sending it in-line or as an attachment? Does it show when you look
at your Send Items folder? When they view the source of the message do they
see a reference to the image?

Sending it in-line not as an attachment. I can see it in my sent folder. All
users that DON'T run XP can see it. Only XP users can not see it. No
referrence to the file in the email on XP machines.
