It means the recipient (or your sending mail server) uses an anti-spam
filter that blocks the content in your sig.

Apparently, your signature violates some standard used by the receiving
server to determine the acceptability of email. Your choice: Stop including
your signature in email to that recipient, or stop sending them email. There
server operator is not likely to change the server policy just for you.

But why has it been letting me send for the last month with no problems. Why
would this all of a sudden change overnight?

But I have not had a problem in the last month sending emails. It doesn't
matter who I send to, I get that message with all recipients! Removing my
signiture is not an option, and I don't expect them to change anything for
me. Just trying to understand what has changed in the last 24 hours to make
it not send. Thanks for the imput though.

It appears that Gmail has changed something in the last 24 hours. How should
I know what? I am not connected with Gmail (or even Microsoft, for that
matter). You can try to roll with the blows, or fight them. But the Internet
is a dynamic object, and few of us are in control of anything more than our
mail clients.

because the filter was just turned on - antispam filters are fluid -admins
keep tweaking them to block spammers and spammers tweak their messages to
get around the filters. Unfortunately, legitimate email gets caught up in
the filters.

if its happening to all your recipients it is your smtp server that updated
a new filter. Are you using any antispam products on your computer? If so,
disable them.

I'm curious what leads you to believe it's the signature.

From the original post:

It appears that the signature contains a URL which is running afoul of some
antipam filter, or other.
