It means that the server you are sending to has YOU on their DENY list.
Check with THEIR postmaster.

Suppose your domain is "abc.com"; i.e., your address is (e-mail address removed). You
are trying to send to someone on "def.com"; i.e., (e-mail address removed). This
message states that def.com is rejecting your message because it has
(e-mail address removed) (or perhaps *@abc.com [i.e., any sender in abc.com]) in its
rejection list.
