Sending project reports via Outlook

Only a few people have MS project on their machines. How
do I send one of the project reports to them in Outlook

Buy more Project licenses, of course!

No, if you're referring to the "text" reports generated
in Project, then you'll have to Print to PDF or something
similar and then e-mail the reports to them...
