Sending/Receiving emails

Julie

I have been unable to send or receive external email for the past week or so.
I've checked the account information to make sure it was setup properly and
it was.

I deleted the account and set it up again but didn't work. I setup the same
account in another computer and it worked fine. I also setup another account
in my computer and it didn't work. I have removed and reinstalled Office.

I don't know what else to do, please help?

My OS is Windows XP Home Edition SP1.

I already called them but there is nothing wrong on their end. Since I was
able to setup the same account on a different computer and it worked, I
assume there is something wrong with my computer and not the email account.
