XP Home, Office 2003 Professional, 3 internet email
accounts - 2 ISP email accounts (same ISP), one hotmail
account.
After initial install everything worked perfectly for
about 3 weeks and then...
First the Hotmail stopped funtioning correctly...
I "think" I removed the hotmail acct and re-created it to
try to fix the problem (and no, I dont remember what the
exact problem was to begin with... Bad! Bad end-user!)
This appeared to work but then...
The 2 ISP accounts stopped sending and receiving. I
could, of course, still look at my hotmail mail.
I deleted and re-created the 2 ISP accounts that were now
not functioning and ... ... ... (pause for drama)
The Send/Receive button actually disappeared from the
toolbar and now I can do nothing.
The MSN account is marked default so I try to change it
back to one of my freshly re-created ISP accounts and get
this...
I get an error message that simply has Ok for the option
and says The account might have been deleted?!?!?
I am looking at what appears to be the account I just
created but now outlook says even though I actually see
this, I really don't know what I am seeing because what I
am seeing is not what it sees even though it is actually
in the applications OWN dialogue box... I am frustrated
beyond belief.
Help!
Thanks in advance,
John
