Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody could help me in this
regard, to tell you, when ever i press F9 or Send/Receive
options from Tools menu of MS Outlook, i always get this
error "Task 'IP Address'- Sending and Receiving reported
error (0x80042108):'Outlook is unable to connect to your
incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet Service Provider (ISP)'.
It becomes very irritating when it is very urgent to
send/receive the mail, and it doesn't work.
I called up my Web Hosting Service Provider, and came to
know there is no such problem from their side, and to my
satisfaction they checked it again and told there is not
a single problem in the server.
When i tried configuring other pop account in the same MS
outlook and when i send the mail, it did not work this
time also, so i finally come to know that this MS outlook
itself has some problems, otherwise it would have worked
when i configure with other pop server.
I need help in this regard, anybody who had encountered
such problems earlier can help me in this regard. It
would be appreciated.
