Is it possible to have Outlook send a reminder email to a group every two
weeks? My boss has asked if we could get an automatic email to go out every
two weeks to remind us about turning in our timecards, mainly because the
staff is spread across the country and it's difficult to remember to remind
people to turn them in.

You can set up a recurring meeting & invite the users to it....
