Sending Reports using Snapshot Viewer 10 and Outlook Express 6.

I am wondering if Snapshot Viewer is compatible with Outlook Express 6? When
I use Snapshot Viewer with Outlook Express 6 to send Access 97 reports, I
receive the error "...can't send a message for the reason stated in the
preceding alert.". However, I never received an alert before this message.

When I try the sending the same report from a computer with Outlook (not
outlook express), the report sends fine.

So, is the Snapshot Viewer compatible with Outlook Express 6? I've been
searching for answers for hours but I'm not finding anything useful.

I had a friend that told me that the snapshot viewer (for older
versions) was killed a couple of months back by one of the windows
update patches for ActiveX / KillBits
