I have a report which is run daily by different people in
the organization, and then e-mailed to a large group of
people via Access.
All the different users always type in
different "Subjects" in the Outlook e-mail.
I have noticed that if the user chooses "Publish to MS
Word" and then from Word chooses "Send to Mail Recipient
as Attachment", the default "Subject Line" in the Outlook
e-mail is the Report Name.rtf.
However, if you choose "Send to Mail Recipient as
Attachment" and choose Rich Text Format from within
Access, the "Subject Line" is left blank in Outlook.
What I would like is for the subject line to be
automatically populated as follows: Report Name, Date
Report is run for. Note: the date the report is run for
is captured as a parameter when the report is run.
Is there any way to do this?
Does anyone know where these default values for Outlook e-
mails are kept?
Thanks for your help.
