sending same mail over and over...

My supervisior forward one mail to our team members...(He just click send
button one time)

But we receive that mail over and over (sometime it stoped within 30 times,
today we had 80 same mails...)

I thought his computer infected with some virus... but test result was Okey.

How can He fix this sending problem...?
