Sending through a default account

Is there a way to override the habit Outlook 2003 has of sending email
replies through the same account on which they were received? I am in the
middle of switching everybody off of an exchange box to a pop3 solution and
until everybody on the outside has the new email address I need to reply to
messages received through Exchange via the pop3.

Thanks

I don't think so....although I don't have OL2003 here. If people want to
change the sending account they can do so per message.

May I ask why you're doing what most people would consider a serious
downgrade?

The owners of the Exchange box weren't providing support or service to my
satisfaction. I am my own admin now and Exchange simply costs far too much
for the limited value it would provide us to get my own box.

Ah - you were using hosted Exchange? What about setting up your own so you
can manage it yourself?

Kind of - the company from which we lease office space was providing an
exchange box as a "feature". Exchange isn't worth the cost for the 6 of us
for purchase.
