I would like to do the following with Outlook 2003 and
can't figure out how. . .
1. Creat a distribution list from an email that was sent
to me (and all of my family members) which contains all
my family members' email addresses -- I want to be able
to add all the addresses to the distribution list without
manually entering each of them.
2. I want to be able to send an email to this list that
will not put everyone's name in the "to" field, rather,
it will only put the recipient's name in the box.
3. I want to use a custom template that I have created
to send to the family.
Does anyone know how to do this?
