Sending to OneNote from Outlook

Is there a way to direct which notebook to send emails to? My default is
"Unfiled Notes".

Obviously, depending on the email will determine which notebook but it seems
i don't have the option.

Please advise if there is a way.

Specify the target in ON:
Tools | Options | Outlook Integration.
