sending Undisclosed Recipients message question - urgent

I have follow internet instruction create email message send out with show
Undisclosed Recipients, but when received message from gmail and hotmail.
it show "Undisclosed Recipients" ([email protected] ). As i want all
receipients ( hotmail and gmail ) only show "Undisclosed Recipients" , no
sender email display . please advice how can do that as urgently.
