Flag contacts in such a way that outbound mail will NOT be digitally signed?

I took the habit to routinely digitally sign my eMails. One recipient with
whom I must correspond quite frequently cannot read digitally signed eMails
(apparently his mail client thinks that the signature can be a harmful
attachment)
Would be great if a digital-signature-compatible flag could be unchecked in
the contact's profile.
