Sending updates---Email no Server

Okay so I got most of the email collaboration and Project
working......I Publish it...the resources received emails
to accept...they accept...then they work on it but Im nto
understanding how I will get updates ( Percentage of task
completed ) back from the resources.
When I look at the task from Project that are on their
outlook calendar ( after they mark it complete ) it
doesnt ask them to send update so the project will be up
to date...
what am I missing!

Jesse,

Since you are not using the Server but the Workgroup, you have to send
them a Workgroup timesheet each week (or whenever you want an update)
and they enter their time and return it to you. You should have a
Workgroup toolbar in Project. I'll warn you now, the Workgroup
timesheets are not at all user-friendly. Users cannot resize the
window, only the column widths. It's very frustrating to use.
