Sending URLs or Web Pages

Outlook Mail refuses to send some URLs and Web Pages, claiming a security concern. I know that these sites ore ok. Is there any way to disable this censoring?

You can overcome this by copy and pasting the address line in a new message
or install this little tool;

outlook sends them - they warning is misleading and you can't access them.
However, if the recipient uses outlook they may not be able to access the
urls without using attachment options from www.slovaktech.com
