Sending voting buttons across internet

I'm pretty sure I know the answer but a client asked me and I don't know for
sure....


If you send a message from Exchange that has voting buttons (yes/no) to
someone who has Exchange/Outlook but is not in your network (across the
Interent) will the remote Exchange recognize the voting buttons?

Yes, if you send the message in rich-text format and have the recipients
marked for rich text and the Exchange server doesn't block rich-text. See
