Sending webpage or link thru Microsoft Outlook

I cannot send a webpage or link thru my Microsoft Outlook,
it puts it into my outbox and won't let me send, any
suggestions...

what error do you get and what type of account do you use? if exchange
server, what AV software is on the server?
