Hi folks,
I have a system I'm supporting that is running office XP,
but outlook 03. I had this problem before with outlook,
but updating the software resolved this issue.
Basically, if I open a word or excel file and go to file>
send to> Recipient (as attachment) the email window pops
up and attaches the file properly. However, when you go
to click send, the email won't send. The button will
color to show you've clicked it, and then... nothing. If
you click on the button 15-20 times it manages to send
though.
I patched outlook '03 2 weeks ago and that resolved the
issue until a few days ago. Every system that has this
setup in this office is having the same issue. Gutting
outlook doesn't resolve the issue either.
Anyone run into this or have any advice?
