sendkeys statement

I am very new to VBA.

I want the user to be able to click a command button to
execute what could be done by manually entering "ALT F9".

Any help would be great,

SendKeys "%{F9}", True

Hey Frank,
I am not exactly sure how to enter this into VBA and what
code to surround it with. Am I a lost cause?

Hi Matt
if you only want the application to re-calculate you may use the
following macro

sub calc()
application.calculate
end sub

and assign this to a button. Also have a look at
