Sense & Extensibility Library for Office 97

Hello,
I have a VB6/Office VBA application that I need to make backward compatible
to Office 97. In testing under a Win 98, Office 97 Virtual machine, I got all
the correct library references except the MS VBA Extensibility 5.3 library.
Is this the right reference for Office 97 or can I use it, and if so how do I
incorporate into my app? Or is there another extensibility library I need for
Office 97? What versions of Office is the 5.3 library used in?
