Hi All,
Does anybody know if it's possible to modify the standard text of the
sensitivity markings? i.e change normal, private, confidential etc.. to other
text? And then put sensitivity marking on the tool bar within Outlook rather
than just having options appear?
We'd like to implement something where users have to select that something
is not protectively marked before sending an e-mail. We can then check at our
e-mail gateway whether the information can be sent or not based on it's
marking. Something on the toolbar would be best as don't want users to have
to click through menu's to select an option. All users are on Outlook 2003
