"Sent" box empty

I'm using Outlook XP 2001, if I send the same email to several people, when
I go to the "Sent Items" the box is empty. The emails went out, but there is
no record of it. How do I correct this?

There is no such beast. Outlook XP is 2002, Outlook 2001 is the Mac
version. Which are you using?

The soultion is to open outlook, click on Tool and then
Options. Then click on "Email Options" and make sure the
save send messages box is checked.

Hi Patch:

I just started having a similar problem. Suddenly, ALL
my sent emails have disappeared, even though I know that
people are receiving them. This presents a problem for
me because I refer to my "sent" messages often for work
reasons. Any advice, all you experts out there?

(I'm pretty green at this stuff, so please, if it is at
all possible, let me know how to correct this in layman's
terms.)

Hi again... using Outlook 2003. Just checked in email
options and the save sent messages box is checked. Any
other ideas?

Do you have a view set on the outbox, such as unread messages or are you
sorting by the icon?
