Sent bulk email, message is in my sent mail - but not showing up

I sent a bulk email to about 300 contacts in the bcc field and although the message has appeared in my sent mail, no one has received it. Is it just delayed (I sent it more than an hour ago)? I sent another email to half the list in the bcc field again, and it shows up in my sent mail box, but hasn't been received by anyone (I often get out-of-office responses, etc). What can I do? I want to avoid sending multiple emails on the same topic.

Entourage has no limit. ISPs do. The number of emails you can send depends
on the Host or your ISP. Some indicate no more than 100 emails in a batch
and no more than 500 in a day. Others limit it to 50 per message.

Get this script ,Split Recipients X. This script will replicate messages
into the number of copies needed to comply with an ISP's maximum number of
recipients allowed per outgoing message.
