Gordon - thank you for your response. This is a real problem as I cannot
count on my "sent" mailbox for follow up. I have tried what you suggested
and cannot tell you how excited I am to see if this fixes the problem. We
have a contracted group of expensive IT people who have not been able to help
me with this, even though it originally reset itself one day when our system
was down and they had me unplugging and re-plugging the server. I would love
to buy you lunch, if you are ever downtown. I will keep an eye on it from
here forward, but thank you so, so much. [email protected]
