Are you using Vista? I am having the same issue with Windows Mail. My emails
are not being saved when I save by going to "save as" I just get a large
folder page and I also find this folder is empty. I cannot find this email or
any saved emails in My Documents? How do you save emails in Windows Mail?

Windows mail has it own news group under the Windows Vista heading. This
group is for Outlook.
Please repost to the correct group.

Thank you so much Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]. It seems there is alot to
joining a discussion group and I overlooked the most important lesson of
all.... Get in the "correct" news group. I am embarrassed by this, but so
thankful that you took your time to correct and teach me. I am now off

Thanks for guiding me to the correct news group. I was so busy reading how to
join Microsoft's huge disscussion group (my first ever discussion group)
plus truly scratching my head, of fear of a mistake and embrassment, I just
overlooked one of the most important factors....."Get in the correct group."
I have learned by this mistake. I only saw a TOC (?) once during my whole
process. When I saw a discussion on emails, that is all I thought, "Great
the Help I Need". I have also read Kb941090 which was very helpful. So
thanks again for your time.
