Sent Emails

After modifying some email settings in my Outlook, I accisently changed
something involving my sent emails. Currently after sending and email the
only emails which I can see in my Sent Email folder are those in which I
attached a file to. All other emails containing just text will not appear.

Is there some sort of Aut Delete Sent Email option that I must have selected?

Check your View settings: View > Current View. Messages is what should be
checked.
