Sent Item Folder

Dear all,

My outlook 2003 work properly. However, one day when i
reply an email of my friend who is living in australia. I
find that the recipient name(my friend's name) of the
replied email in the "sent item folder" does not exit
(blanked). Can anyone tell me why and tell me the
solution????
