Windows 2000 platform on Dell computer. Outlook has been
upgraded to service pack 2 and all security patches
applied. This is a station networked in a small business
office, but Office XP is loaded independently on each
station. On one computer, whenever we try to open the
Sent Items folder, Outlook closes and the Sent Items
Folder minimizes itself to the task bar on the desktop.
This cannot be closed or changed in any way by right-
clicking on it. Each time we try to open Outlook and open
that folder, the same thing happens. There are now two
minimized Sent Item folders on the task bar. I have
uninstalled the program, reinstalled it and all the
updates. This does not remove the two bars on the task
bar. Help!
